The Audio Technica AEW-T6100A is a handheld microphone transmitter designed for use with the 5000 Series dual wireless microphone systems. The transmitter sports a hypercardioid polar pattern, which minimizes pick up at the off-axis sections of the capsule to minimize noise and provide higher gain before feed-back. The transmitter features a rugged, ergonomic metal design able to withstand rigorous road use. Additional features include IntelliScan automated frequency detection, On/Off/Mute switch and back-lit LCD display. The transmitter operates up to 10 hours on 2 AA alkaline batteries. Available in C or D band. C band – 541.500-566.375 MHz (TV Channels 25-30), 996 frequencies are selectable in 25 kHz steps. Audio-Technica’s D band – 655.500-680.375 MHz (TV Channels 44-49), 996 frequencies are selectable in 25 kHz steps. Includes AT8456a Quiet-Flex stand clamp and AT-BG2 pouch.
