The Crown XLS5000 is a dual channel power amp with 1100 watts of in each channel at 8 ohms. The Crown XLS 5000 is housed in a rugged rack-mountable, 3U, all-steel chassis and features an efficient forced-air fan to prevent excessive thermal buildup, dual rotary level controls, and signal LEDs that indicate signal, clip and fault to keep you constantly informed about your signal flow. Balanced XLR input and Binding Post and Speakon output connections are on the rear panel for solid mixer and speaker connection. The XLS 5000 includes output current limiting, DC protection, a circuit breaker, and thermal protection of the unit’s transformers.

This amp is a great value. Has a enough kick for my big jobs, and for the lower volumes delivers a nice warm low end.
I would higly recomend this amp for most local bands and Djs.
