Got bad case of G.A.S* for an awesome product but it's just outside your budget? The Open Box / Demo / Scratch and Dent section of our site let's you get like new with a warranty at a lower price. We also get B-Stock directly from some companies to resell.
What does Open Box / Demo / Scratch and Dent mean? Here's the breakdown:
- Open box most often the equipment was shipped to a customer, used lightly and returned within the 35-day return period that applies to new equipment. A Demo unit was used in our warehouse to Demo the speaker either for a customer or so we can tell what the item is like in use. Scratch n Dent is usually a customer return or B-Stock that has minor cosmetic flaws. B-Stock is usually purchased from a company at a discount for some reason or another and we offer these items at a discount to our customers.
- All Open Box, Demo, B-Stock etc. gear is in perfect working order.
It will include the original box, manual and all non-consumable accessories, where applicable. Items such as headphones, software, etc are not returnable, read our return policy.
- We thoroughly inspect, test and clean the equipment before re-packaging for resale. Where we can we list any issues on the actual product page. Feel free to ask questions about a particular item.
- The original manufacturer's warranty still applies in all cases unless stated otherwise.
