This KD-85BK was returned by a customer but got a little dinged in shipping on the stand part. So it still functions perfectly but it is considered a scratch n dent item and so we are selling it at a significant discount. We took a pic of the back of the actual unit it has a few small scratches on the clamp part where to stand mounts.
