The TD9s is my first electronic set. I have no experience with anything else electronic. I needed a good set to play at home. This thing is awesome! The drums were extremely easy to set up. The drum brain is outstanding. There are so many bells and whistles on this thing that I still haven't been able to go through them all. I only have one problem and one wish with this set. The wish is that it had more of the training exercises like the TD4 module has. I know the 9 is for more experienced users, but it would be nice to work on more of the fundamentals too. Now the one complaint I have, the rubber ring on the snare pad has crumbled and cracked away. This might just be my style of playing, but I wish that hadn't happened. Overall I am very happy with my set.
