TC Helicon’s VoiceLive Play vocal effects processor is perfect for any skill level, whether you're a veteran singer or just finding your voice. The VoiceLive Play provides a dramatic impact on your performances and improves your poise when performing. The VoiceLive Play includes harmony and pitch correction, a sing along mode, and an extremely valuable practice mode. The VoiceLive Play unit is compact in size compared to the other VoiceLive units, while still packing the same power and professional results. The VoiceLive Play vocal effects processor gives you instantaneous access to vocal effects from the substantial VoiceLive collection. The VoiceLive Play vocal effects processor provides a host of automatic backing harmonies, vocal double tracking, pure EQ and compression, sumptuous reverbs, and hard-tuned robo-voice, to list a few. Look for all of the effects that you would expect to find in today’s most popular hit vocals.
The VoiceLive Play vocal effects processor uses its Auto Key technology to listen to your music. The purpose of the Auto Key is to sense and adapt to your MP3 recordings using either the aux input or the built in RoomSense microphones so that harmonies and pitch correction fit flawlessly with your music.
The VoiceLive Play vocal effects processor features a Genre function. The Genre function allows you to peruse a substantial library of over 200 vocal presets. The Genre function allows you to search by either effect type or by musical genre, perfect for new singers who have never used effects before.
HIT is a performance-inspired feature used by the VoiceLive Play vocal effects processor for creating depth into any vocal performance. Each preset has a base level effect that you can build upon by pressing the HIT button that adds effects on top. For example, you could start with a simple reverb and tight doubling then select the “HIT” feature in the chorus to add harmonies and a megaphone – all from one preset.
The VoiceLive Play feature called PRACTICE is used to bring up an intelligent pitch display and your singing stats. PRACTICE allows you to be able to monitor your performance in real-time to see whether the notes you’re hitting are too sharp or flat. The more you use PRACTICE, the more you will improve, and your accuracy score will attest to this.
Another great feature of the VoiceLive Play vocal effects processor is the Voice Cancel. This feature allows you to plug in and practice using the Vocal Cancel function and your MP3 player. Then you can record and play back your singing using the USB connection to your computer.
The VoiceLive Play vocal effects processor has a VLOOP performance looper that allows you to create a loop instantly. This creates an incredible layered effect with the ability to turn effects on and off, crafting a totally matchless piece.
The VoiceLive Play vocal effects processor features embedded stereo RoomSense microphones so that you can control your harmonies from instruments nearby, replace the cabled mic for headphone practice or add a bit of room atmosphere to your headphone mix.
TC-Helicon’s adaptive tone technology is featured in the VoiceLive Play vocal effects processor to intelligently control Shape EQ and Dynamics (Compression & De-ess) and provide the flawless tonal balance and add effortless dynamic control to fit in any mix. Best of all it’s incredibly easy to use. After the initial set-up you can forget about it and rock out. An adaptive gate can also be added to help suppress feedback and reduce bleed.
